- These Terms of Services are applicable to the online orders of CDs, DVDs or photo albums produced by Theater DEREVO GbR, which available at the web-site under the following link:: http://www.derevo.org/common/int/fruits/
- Ordering and Payment
Ordering interface is based on a platform provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A. Registration by PayPal.com may be required for successfull procession of the orders. Entire payment processing is provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A.
- Price
There are prices applicated which are valid at the moment of the order. The given prices include VAT. Postal and packing charges are to be payed additionally.
These are currently calculated as follows:
- 2,00 € for the orders up to 21,00 €
- 4,00 € for the orders between 21,00 € and 36,00 €
- 6,50 € for the orders between 36,00 € and 51,00 €
- 0,00 € for the orders over 51,00 €
- Shipping
Generally we are shipping within 2 weeks after the payment is received. Your items are shipped directly from DEREVO Theater. We ask for your understanding - if all members of the company are on tour there are some delays possible. Further information regarding your order & shipping you can request per e-mail at fruits@derevo.org.
- Privacy
Personal data of the customers are being processed, saved and used according the German Privacy Acts and Laws.
- Court of Jurisdiction & Place of Fulfilment
